The best way to reach there is by air or road. If you want to go by air, you can take a flight to Delhi and take a cab from Delhi International Airport. By road, you can go via Dehradun, Chandigarh, and Mandi. So traveling options are plenty but it all depends on where exactly you are coming from and what exactly do you prefer.
